◆Ordering Instructions

◇Shunt reactor: connected in parallel in a high-voltage substation, the low-voltage winding side is compensated with capacitor reactive power from long-distance transmission lines to ensure stable voltage operation of the transmission and distribution system;

◇Series reactor: In a parallel compensation capacitor device, it is connected in series with the parallel capacitor to suppress filter voltage amplification, reduce system voltage waveform distortion, and limit the impulse current when the capacitor circuit is put into operation;

◇Current limiting reactor: connected in series in a 6-63kV transmission and transformation system, used to limit short-circuit current and reduce it to the allowable value of subsequent equipment in case of system failure;

◇Filter reactor (adjustable): Used in series in parallel capacitors to form a resonant circuit and filter out specified higher-order harmonic

◆Product Features

◇A dry hollow structure composed of aluminum (copper) square wires and parallel multi branch concentric winding coils;

◇The coil is wrapped in glass fiber soaked in epoxy resin and cured at high temperature to form a whole, with low noise; High mechanical strength and resistance to high short-circuit current impact；

◇Due to the lack of iron core, the linearity is good;

◇The use of small cross-section wires significantly reduces eddy current, magnetic leakage, and losses, resulting in good energy-saving effects;

◇Relative humidity: ≤ 90%;

◇Seismic resistance: 0.3g horizontally and 0.15g vertically (customizable according to user needs);

◇Pay attention to ventilation and heat dissipation when using indoors;

◇The installation site should be free of gases, steam, chemical deposits, dust, dirt, and other explosive and corrosive media that seriously affect insulation.
