In July, the sun was blazing. In order to let employees relax, enjoy themselves, and improve team cohesion, Tianwei Hengtong held the "Tianwei Hengtong Group Building Activity in the Second Quarter of 2021" in July 2021. Through the implementation of this activity, not only the cohesion and overall centripetal force of employees were strengthened, but also the awareness of communication and collaboration among employees was increased.
This team building activity will be carried out in two stages. The first stage is a personal competition project consisting of three items: Dou Di Zhu, Gobang, and Checker. The second stage is a knowledge Q&A team competition project. The individual competition project has set up preliminary and final rounds, which not only helps to exercise personal thinking ability and keep our minds flexible, but also allows everyone to release pressure and relax in busy work. The team knowledge Q&A project covers knowledge such as corporate culture, products, and safety. Obtain the question bank, actively discuss and carefully record in each group; During the quiz, each group competed against the clock and actively answered, creating a very lively atmosphere on site.
Through this team building activity, employees were relieved of work and life pressure, enhanced their emotions, and strengthened their understanding of corporate culture, products, and safety.
